Why book a course of Pregnancy Relaxation with Lindsey?



 

Being able to relax yourself during pregnancy has a positive effect on the psyche and on the physical body. Reducing stress plays a vital part of optimising the health of mum's to be and the development of their babies. 

The hour long Pregnancy Relaxation Classes are designed to help mums to be focus on themselves and their breathing with a lovely guided mediation / self hypnosis. The class begins with an informal chat, tea and cake and then some focused breathing followed by the guided hypnosis and pregnancy relaxation. There is a different focus each week such as how to release fear, sleep better, stay positive. At the end there is another chance to share experiences, benefit from the experience of mums who already have other children which may help some mums-to-be feel more confident having such support for when their little one comes along!  Research shows that chatting in informal situations helps in reducing stress in pregnancy so indulge in an hour of pregnancy relaxation, chat, cake and new friends. It is a friendly, informal environment with small class sizes.
